About Deborah Ebrahemi | Psychotherapist (She, Her, Her’s)

Thanks for stopping by! My name is Deborah Ebrahemi and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of CA. I grew up in the Bay Area and then ended up moving to LA for the beaches, scene and of course school. I received my B.A. from UCLA in 2008 and MSW from USC in 2013 and have been primarily supporting school-aged youth and their families from all backgrounds of life since through my career within the public school district. I established my private practice in 2022 and since then have expanding my skillset through a variety of trainings and certifications. I specialize in working with youth, families, young adults, parents and perinatal folks  who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, self esteem, postpartum, and relationships.

I would describe my therapeutic style as active, engaged, empathetic and direct. I truly believe in getting to know you and your story without any biases, I will work alongside you as an agent of positive change and will support your journey in gaining the confidence needed to improve yourself and your situation. I am a life-long learner inspired by my clients and am constantly expanding on my skills to help develop healthy behavior patterns, build self-worth and improve communication skills.

In my free time, I love spending time with my kids, practicing yoga, getting out in nature and trying out new restaurants. I am also passionate about the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit in maintaining holistic wellness.
