I provide services via telehealth from the comfort of your own home. My approach is collaborative. Once you have stated your goals, we will work together and dive into what is interfering from you achieving these goals.
I draw from a variety of modalities depending on the needs of my clients. These modalities include Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Culturally-Sensitive, Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, Compassion-Focused and Mindfulness-based therapies. I believe in an eclectic approach to therapy combining relational work, psychodynamic exploration, somatic focused, and behavioral exercises.
All sessions are currently being conducted via Telehealth (online sessions). Prior to our first session, I will email you the initial intake forms to complete and return to me. Sessions are 50 minutes long, it is common to schedule a series of weekly sessions. Therapy can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue or long-term, addressing a series of issues or more complex issues for ongoing personal growth. For therapy to be most effective, you must be an active participant both during and between sessions with tools and techniques learned.
